My sister had the SAME experience 1 month before that i wish i would have been aware of.
We had to go in Here to rent out a storage unit because we weren't able to move into our rochester home for 2 days... so we rented one by the airport on 25 and 4th st. We had to put down a $25 deposit and pay for the month.
Which was fine. We put our things in the unit that we were only able to access between 8-5, 3 days later we came back got our things cleaned out the unit and dropped the keys back off at manitou reality. They said our deposit would be mailed back to us. 2 months later i called to say i never recieved my deposit back... the lady said our deposit wouldnt be refunded because the unit wasnt swept!! The dirt and gravel sitting unit wasn't swept..... to me thats just bad business.
