We were able to customize our home how we wanted it . We toured many modular homes but there was something about the Rochester home that made it better than the others. I'm very excited to see the finished product soon. Thanks again.

Our experience with Rochester Homes in building our new home has been wonderful. The site where our new house sits was a very difficult location to work with as it is a narrow lake lot. The Rochester Homes team had great strategy just accessing the site to set the house. It was an amazing team effort. The builder had the vision!! We worked with the builder to customize our house plans and in turn the company did a great job of accommodating those requests in a very timely and professional manner. Our house was set in June and we were fully moved in in August. We chose to build a true modular home for the time and cost efficiency as we have done a stick built home project in the past which took the better part of a year. It has definitely paid off as we are now living in our forever home and couldn't be happier!!
House looked good had it delivered, the job foreman said they let it set a week . It’s now been two weeks and no one has showed up .
