I love this clinic. I dont like going to the hospital for check ups, so this is where I go. I have never had an issue with the nurses or doctors. Theyre are always so kind and love seeing me in there. I do have to wait a long time in the room alone, but that is expected. The front staff isnt always the nicest, but it is what it is.
Overall I received absolutely no help, was treated poorly, and it all costed me over $500.
They aren't consistent in blood pressure readings. Went in yesterday and levels were fine. Had a different nurse today, requested the large cuff, which she intially denied me, assuring that her 20+ years of being a nurse dictates that, apparently manufacturing specifications mean nothing. ( For the cuff size) upon which afterwards she retested and added too much pressure so she would have similar readings. Bottom line, apparently pride comes before actually practicing medicine. Every visit turns into a quest of when they can get you in again, whether it be by perscribing unneeded Medicine and not actually following any medicinal methods to provide consistent results. Don't waste your time. Fund a different medical clinic.
The waiting area staff is nice, so they got that going.
And like everyone else mentioned, the front staff are extremely rude, no matter how nice you are. They ignore you and talk to you like you're stupid, when they're not busy talking among themselves. The other staff I dealt with are fairly nice, though, but they don't outweigh the rude people there.
Staff is friendly and very helpful. Doctors are compassionate and caring.
I went in for a minor issue and Dr. Bugno "just wanted to run a test" at the end of the check-up because he was curious. I walked out with no results and he still couldn't tell me what was wrong with me, but no worries, I still received my $455 bill. He told me he wanted to see me back in two weeks, which I took a day off work to be able to go see him. All he did was ask me how I was feeling and then I walked back out with a $66 bill.
This clinic is awful! I would not recommend anyone to go here! The front staff are extremely rude! All they do is sit there and talk amongst themselves and completely ignore you when you are trying to check in or check out! They talk to you like you are stupid and worthless! They even will shut the window on you if you are trying to talk to them because they don't want to talk to you! Everything is done on their time! It's supposed to be a WALK IN clinic and half the time they don't take walk ins because they only have one or two doctors on hand! Most of the time it's an hour or two wait before getting called back to see a doctor and then another 45 mins for the doctor to come in the room! And you better have a pocket full of money cause you are not leaving without paying something and usually is 45-60 dollars! So stupid and ridiculous! They will find a way to bill you even if your insurance is supposed to cover everything!
