Took in (2) wheels to have the tires replaced. Was told they would have them ready by 12:00 and would call. Didn't hear anything by 1:00 so called to find out the status and they said they were currently working on them and that they were running behind. Needless to say it's now 5:20 they are closed and never received even a courtesy call to explain why they still weren't finished! I myself worked at a tire shop for a few years and didn't realize it was such a monumental task. Will never do business with them again and will be sure to spread the word.
Would give 0 stars of i could.. horrible customer service. Very rude! They're absolute crooks.. poor service! Screwed up my car and tried to lie about it. Will never go there again and will give bad reference to friends and family.
Poor service, owner is very rude and disrespectful. I bought tires 1.5 years ago -- brand new and they are toast now. They mount your new tires and do not do any wheel balancing. Steering wheel was shaking. Very poor service.
26 dollar oil change turned into 50 dollars because they decided to change to synthetc without asking me first.
